Responsibilities of the Insurance Sales Executive:

As an Insurance Sales Executive, your success will rely on your strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

In this role, you will provide advisory services to our clients, guiding them through the insurance provider selection process. Your consultative approach will ensure that you prioritize your client’s best interests.

Using our advanced quotation system, you will conduct thorough fact-finding discussions to understand your client’s needs, budget constraints, and preferences. Your ability to overcome objections by highlighting product features, benefits, and our exceptional service will be crucial in converting leads into successful sales.

Qualifications for success:

• Previous experience in selling Private Medical Insurance or other insurance products is desirable.
• Proven sales experience in a high-volume telesales role, with a drive to convert warm leads into sales.
• Familiarity with selling regulated insurance products in a telesales environment.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment and meet KPI expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective questioning techniques.
• Aptitude for learning and assimilating product knowledge to provide sound advice.
